DHIS2 is a tool for collection,validation,analysis and presentation of aggregate and patient based statistical data.The study looks into DHIS2 data from Busia county from 2013-2017 so as to assess major problems affecting general health care in the county, causes of the problems and possible solutions. The study established that poor hygiene of the population and basically lack of proper knowledge are the major problems affecting general healthcare in the county.From the study findings, we recommend mass education of proper hygiene via programs. The social amenities in the rural areas should be improved.
